Fitness For Life

Why This Class

For you as a parent, nothing’s more important than your student’s health. As they mature, you want to equip them with the best possible skills to sustain their physical wellbeing. This course prepares your student to overcome the rising tide of illness in society and live a healthy life on their terms.

Students in this self-paced course discover the few most informative measurements of fitness to gain awareness of their current health level. They compare their current diet to objective nutrition standards and review the benefits of multiple types of exercise. Next, students apply this knowledge to create a fitness plan that aligns with their unique goals, capabilities, and life purpose. After implementing their completed plan for at least four weeks, students report on their results.

By completing this course, students demystify fitness and gain a clearer sense of where they are, compared to where they want to be. They also experience the satisfaction of achieving their chosen fitness goals, laying the foundation for a healthy life.
